Quail getting into position to break out of the egg
The two eggs I set from my hen are definitely fertile! I'm pretty sure they're from this fellow (the one in front), since silver boy never gave me any fertile eggs. This guy has been in the pen for a while because I thought he was a she. He never fought with silver boy, though they were together for about a month.

I have two roos and five hens in this pen now, and there has been no fighting. I hope it stays that way because I like the combination that I have here. :fl

I don't know these two names but I will dig right now to see if they are indeed members here.

This Robbie at jmf brings up even more, genetic lines as well as 2 supposedly newer imports I've heard of but seen nothing of them. Egypt and France I believe they were, introduced last year but
I'm not finding Dana Manchester as a member here but I see a lot of mentioning of this name when it comes to genetics.
He is very well studied, I understand. May have came up with Autumn Amber actually
