4-5 seems to equal one extra large chicken egg. That's how many I fry up in my "one egg" pan, at least.
when we make scrambled eggs, I use about 3 dozen
that is 3-4 servings......today was fried button eggs.....used about 2 dozen for 2 servingsOMG that’s a lot of eggs!!! And a lot of work for breakfast!!!th
I typically use 3-4 chicken eggs in my scrambled eggs and omelettes so seems I would need a lot of quail eggs.![]()
I don't think I'd try to cook button eggs for me. The guy I got the button quail eggs from boils them then takes them shells and all and puts them in the food processor to give back to his birds.
