➡ Quail Hatch Along🥚

I was going to just for a night or two because it’s been in like the teens and twenties at night lightly and they are going from a at least 50 or 60 degree possibly warmer basement... that’s cruel to me even if they are technically fully feathered haha

Besides, it’s not really heat, just the brooder heat plate which they probably don’t even fit under anyway and probably won’t even use. But I just thought I’d offer it in case. They’ll probably just decide to roost :lau

But honestly I might just wait until it’s a little bit warmer.
It's that warm at night? They will be completely fine. They don't need heat. Trust me.

:lau nahhh.

Nope, you're stuck in the wussy club forever. Enjoy your tea.

:lau well the wussy club gets to eat pancakes at midnight sooo

View attachment 2007579No. They're not. So speaks an A+, Net+, MCP, MCSA and ITIL certified tech. iThings are overpriced and tout "new" features that Android has had for years.

This is an old skit, but still funny as heck.

:lau okay probably true BUT android doesn’t have a “recently deleted photos” file!! I lost a seriously great picture of the dogs on my Galaxy cause of that. I was editing it but accidentally deleted the original instead of the edit. I was so mad. It was amazing. :hit

How's the new baby doing?
Very well. Thank you for asking. She eats and eats and then sleeps, as expected. She's growing fast though. She's nearly 3 months olds now and is very alert and staying to take interest in playing, which is a lot of fun for all of us. Our DS participant enjoys plating with his "Sis". He's an amazing big brother.

:lau that’s warm to you but freezing to them!! I’ve never had chicks inside this long. They’ve all been outside or in a cold garage by now. The basement is really warm. My last batch went out at 1 week this spring and the other batch wa sin the garage at 3 weeks and outside daily and inside the garage at night until 7 weeks when they moved outside permanently. These guys have not been hardened off or outside at all yet which is the only reason I worry.
