@Kiki About my grocery store egg...

I've been doing some googling about my eggs tiny air cell. It seems the most likely cause is high humidity. Some articles recommend removing the water from the bator and standing the egg up to decrease the chance of the air cell flooding when it pips internally. Today is day 18 and, while the chick is definitely still alive, there's no visible egg wiggling or chirping. Should I do what I wrote above or just leave it alone?

No...
I would not move the egg now.

Remind me because I've forgotten...
Do you have a salt tested humidity gauge in your incubator?

No. I have a basic one from the store. I actually hadn't heard of salt testing your humidity gauge until I saw it mentioned here.
