I hate most fungus’s too morels are the exception

I think the flavor of mushrooms can be lovely, I have just never been able to get over the texture. What is the texture of a morel like?

The extrude of a morel is more like meat than mushroom, it dosen’t have the typical mushroom texture at all.

I picked a beautiful clump of Oyster mushroom today. It was delicious.

On the topic of TSC selling game birds, mine got a random shipment of pheasants yesterday. So guess who now has ringneck pheasants.

Mine got a random shipment of chickens they didn’t order so I have some here. They look like light brahmas. I’d prefer the pheasant though!

I haven’t tried them but I had friends who would go pick them by their house. It was the only mushroom she would eat.
