Ugh I bit the bullet and removed the eggs tonight since I was worried about them rotting
as I thought, it looks like all 6 eggs made it to lock down, unfortunately I don't know if it was that humidity bump for a little while on day 15 or what but something happened and it appears they all stopped at the 24 hr mark before pip
aircells were expanded and there was no real blood as it had already been absorbed and babies looked like they'd been almost positioned to hatch w/ head to wing. I do think the humidity must've played some role as one egg had noticable cross beak and wouldn't have survived post hatch anyways, but the others didn't show any clear abnormalities. But Quil does have 1 crooked toe which I know is either genetic or a humidity thing so something was wrong, need to decide whether to get more eggs now, or wait, even if I got some now he'd be 3 weeks by the time they hatched so I'm not sure he'd be keen on the company any ways :/
