➡ Quail Hatch Along🥚

My juveniles scared the crap out of me today. I walked out to see them and all I saw was a ton of quail crammed into the feeder. I make feeders by cutting milk jugs, keeps the waste down.

Anyway they tipped it over and all decided for some reason to clown car themselves into it. Every single one of them was jammed in there. Afterwards they couldn't get back out.

I tipped it over expecting to find a bunch of dead quail but after I poured them all out they popped up and shook themselves out and were like "Oh hey food lady. Can we get some mealworms?" like they hadn't all just shoved themselves into a feeder for no reason.

Birds.

oh my I think i just peed!! mine is not quite as funny but i did have a quail that got stuck in my 5+# poultry feeder yesterday! kinda surprises me when i pull it out to refill
