not sure if i posted this yet, but while i was feeding today, my lone button hen was broody on a nest of 4 of her eggs which i know are not fertile! i took her eggs and gave her 2 coturnix eggs instead. after some display toward the guinea pigs she seemed to settle back in on her nest! will see how she does!!

seems like quite a few here will be setting eggs this week (whether they know it yet or not ) im starting to wonder just how many eggs will be set??
