My 2 day old quail are sitting in 84 degrees...no issues. No complaints.


You do not have to cook them once they are out of the egg.

All 10 of 10 hatched and are running around like crazy in their brooder!

I did some more aviary maintenance yesterday because I lost 2 more on Monday
I thought the gfc switch got flipped again until I accidentally touched one of the wires ️️

Beautiful out this afternoon…..sunny and low 70’s!!! I caught squeakers taking a dust bath and managed to get video! Will hopefully upload later tonight

So out of 48 eggs 23 hatched. 21 were healthy, 2 had curled toes, the first curled toe chick had organs on the outside and was culled. Waiting to see if the newest one's toes will straighten, its organs seem to be intact.
