➡I accidentally bought Balut eggs: 2 live ducks! Now a Chat Thread!

And I want the zap control thing!

That was my thinking!! Lol give the remote to one of you guys and maybe get a Go Pro or other camera/body cam connected to a live stream/in real time so you guys can see when I’m about to reach for something too :lau although I don’t know if the range for the remote/collar works that far..... maybe you just need to move in and go with me everywhere or I need to move to Texas... :lau

Move to Nanner's for a week. She kick your butt in gear quick.
She'll have you putting up fences til you are too tired to hold a phone.

Treating my Priscilla for a case of bumblefoot. :barnie Found out it is in BOTH feet. Double :barnie! My poor baby girl. :hit None of the others are showing signs of it. I need to figure out what is causing it. She is in the house tonight. We soaked her feet and hopefully got all of the junk out. The foot that looked worse had a tiny hard core. The one that we discovered in the other foot tonight had a bigger hardened puss pocket instead of what I would call a "core". Either way, we got them both out. Her poor feet bled. We tried to press to flush them out in the hopes that will relieve some of the pressure that she's been feeling. Wiped her off with an alcohol pad, put some triple antibiotic ointment on it (not the kind with a pain reliever in it, just the regular stuff), covered it with a small piece of gauze pad and wrapped her foot. We forgot to pick up any baby aspirin tonight so no pain med for her. I am hoping we caught it early and she will have a speedy recovery. :fl
Sounds like Priscilla has a great caregiver! Sure hope she recovers quickly.
Check for rough surfaces she frequents....even roosts can irritate the soles of our chickens.

You betcha! And we can clean out the chicken house...the deep litter needs to go to the compost heap.

That sounds scary LOL
Bring it on sister! And bring your tool kit and gloves!

:lau I am wheezing! :lau

But actually that sounds kinda fun lol I want to learn how to put up fences anyway in case we decide to fence our yard (been debating it a while lol) or if I get any goats and also to fence the garden.

As long as I’m allowed to use the phone sometimes and being fed and not overworked :lau
