No because she isn’t budging from the nest and I don’t want to stress her out. I was out there this afternoon, giving them food and refreshing their waterers and I guess it was just too much temptation for her. She nudged off the nest just enough to reach the food dish. Then she was like, Omgosh this is sooo good! and came the rest of the way off to eat a bit and get some water. Then she was back on it in a flash. She’s being a protective momma.

A turkey lol forgot to share those pics from a few days ago. My dad sent them to me. Came home to see that. the same one was hanging around in the backyard later by the chickens and then in the front yard again later lol

Miss Piggy Sue had a photo shoot today.

We're finally drying out. Looks like the next chance of rain for us is a 40% chance on Sunday. Of course, you have to take that lightly. And our temps are going to be in the 70's. I'll take it.

All of my littles are doing great. They LOVE to hang out in the big coop and roost on the roosting bars as well as the nest box bars. A few have been going inside the boxes and scratched around. They like to get all up in the big girls business while they are in the nest box trying to lay an egg. I guess trying to see how it's done. Elvis has been trying to impress them. He will go over to them around their coop and try to call to them and tidbit. A couple girls hesitantly showing interest. Then he tries to two-step for them. They don't stick around too long tho. They are still too young, which is humorous since they are as big, if not bigger, than he is. LOL!

Annabelle is still faithfully sitting. I was concerned with all of the rain but she is doing great! Today is, roughly, day 13. So far, so good.

I haven't been feeling too hot the past couple of days. I don't know if it's a stomach bug or food poisoning. It's been awful. I've been trying to just take it easy as best as I can. Take care all!

Went to a benefit last night, met JT Harding. I didn't know who he was other than a songwriter who has written some hits and apparently loves 80s fashions. Google informs me that he also writes dirty books. That explains so much!
