You are quite the experimenter. How would you cook it? How would you serve it?

I imagine a plate with 2 slices of meat, one light and one dark.
"Why is one dark?"

I hae no idea how I would serve it...I just liked @debid idea about making it with some white beans.
I think if would look neat!

I didn't go buy one (a black chicken) today but I am going to soon.
I've got to figure out how to sneak the blackness into a dish.

It's all what you're used to, I guess. I know someone who won't eat eggs unless they have a white shell. Her mom told her that eggs are all brown until they're sanitized for sale at the store so now she thinks brown eggs are "dirty". No amount of logic can get her past that. She had no words for my egg carton of various colors other than, "I only eat eggs from the store."

I wonder what the explanation would be for EE eggs....especially green and blue ones. :pop
