Yeah, I saw we have another round due to arrive in two days. Just in time to mess with the weekend. The only good news is that I don't have to water anything for a while.

I might have found plants the deer won't destroy to fill the pretty but ill-conceived tree ring flower bed at the edge of the lawn. I've put all sorts of stuff in there and the deer just eat it up. It's too shady for full sun plants and the stuff that blooms in part shade is apparently all delicious.

I was in Lowe's and they had some small leaf rhododendrons on clearance sale. I put in 6 to be the taller thing behind the creeping phlox... Where the decimated stone crop was. Phlox is the only thing to survive so far. So, I have nothing that blooms after spring in there but maybe it won't look bare anymore.

I figured for $3/plant, it was worth a shot because the deer don't eat my azaleas...

Holy cow, this is a neat series! I especially love that you can see which fruit he selected. You should have them printed on canvas reusable shopping bags and sell them to yuppies! Super cool.

I have only found one plant that is truly deer proof. I have never had any deer bother catmint. The bees love it, the hummingbirds love it and no deer will touch it.

The thing that kills me is that there is PLENTY to eat here. We don't have a traditional grassy yard, we have a field and a mowed area that's a mix of meadow weeds and bermuda grass.

This flower bed is just too close to their main crossing area. So, they browse it. Often. I've been mostly choosing free stuff (dividing plants that are close to the house) and then putting in cheap six packs of annuals for color. That didn't work. Once they'd mowed down the hostas and stonecrop, they ate the astilbe! Just to be jerks, I think.

I left the rhododendrons in pots where I intended to plant them. Waited a week and not a nibble. So, I went ahead and planted before today's soaking rains. Fingers crossed!

it'll take me a while I'll need to keep coming back to read more. You also have to think about if you have not already establishing and building credit. Whatever you do big in your journey through life will most likely depend on a credit rating. That imo should have already been started and the longer you wait the longer it will take. Anyway like I said before I'm not saying this to be mean it's life and it's real

The first one I didn’t really either, the first part I know is true, the only thing I slightly did was the part I about how I don’t put any effort into anything which I thought was a little bit mean but I’m not mad or upset or anything at all.
