I would never use one of our sacred yeasty mascots for such violent purposes! I still have a t-shirt that says "family breadsticks together." My love of carbs runs deep.

Why do people eat regularly off of foam or paper plates with plastic utensils?

I thought people just use these things for a big party or something every once in awhile... Not daily.

I half grew up like that simply because my mother is a lazy housekeeper. My step mom taught me how to keep a house and i still steuggle because of what my mother instilled. Must rise above it!

I honestly don't think that encouraging words are the end all to everything. I also don't think that being hard on someone is the end all to everything either.

There has to be someone in her life whether it's her mother or father or a close friend that could help her out. I don't think that telling her to do things over a thread is truly going to make its mark. Words are words, but actions speak louder. maybe she could have a friend that could go to our house or maybe her parents that could help her out with the applications or getting her to interviews.

There has to be someone in her life that needs to be proactive in helping her and not just by their words, but by their actions.

I know it's hard to have patience with it, but I have learned since having children that just because you say something doesn't mean that it's going to work that way. Sometimes people need more than words.

I think anyone in her real life has done all they could if they cared enough to do anything but part of it is how she was raised. Have to rise above it.

Mr Sam is pretty direct about it because it is his demeanor but hes not meaning anything negative. I bet if it was his own child he'd be like red Foreman --gonna put a foot into a keister. All of us have watched these ongoing issues for many months.

She has a personal vehicle and doesnt need rides.

I did learn how to tie a men's tie while I was there. Now I always tie DH's for him before fancy events

you hit the nail on the head turk. What I meant was life skills will ready someone for the simple and the harder things in life TO COPE with what life brings. If she can't handle a simple dog nip what about when something serious happens.
