Hoping my docile Coturnix roo can get his business done and I’ll have eggs to set then!
It's that time again! Every year, many members come together to set eggs to hatch on the exact same day - Halloween. If you are new to hatching, this is a great way to get a lot of help, tips, and advice. Join in the fun for the scariest BYC Hatch-Along of the year!
Set Chicken eggs on Sunday, October 10th at Noon (whatever time zone you are in). Other poultry breed setting dates are listed in the spoiler below:

Mine quit in late July/early August. Moony's quit about 2 weeks after mine.Congrats! I gotta say I'm a little jealous, mine aren't laying yet.![]()
Yes…..I ended up with 4 hens and 1 drake and he’s been getting busy with them in the pool for at least a month now.@muddy75, is that egg from the ones you hatched this year?
