Our first baby is Hookfang! @TwoCrows

I don't know the breed, but I believe the father is my Buckeye because of the comb. The egg coloring throws me off because it looks too dark to be an Orpington or Wyandotte/Wyandotte mix egg. I can only think of it being a Marans/Marans mix or a Golden Sexlink egg. But the Marans mix would bring the black through I would think.

He looks to be a Black Copper Maran × Buff Orpington mix! Alot more obvious than Hookfang
