Both Guinea and Turkey eggs are 28 days on average so do take longer than chicken eggs. Due to errors in incubation temperature of the hatch, there is more of a variation for the day they will hatch though(because the time is longer the average temp can have a larger effect). If a bit warm, then they can hatch on day 26 or 27. The same holds for temps a bit low on average
Turkeys (and guineas also) have very thick shells. I've on occasion had trouble seeing through light green chicken eggs. I haven't attempted hatching turkey eggs yet, but they are delicious and also a bit of a chore to break into.
