As someone who's never owned a NR360, I'd recommend it as well just from what I've read about it. I want one really bad, I just can't justify buying a third incubator when my two Brinseas still run fine.
I dusted off my brinsea octagon 40 advance and set 18 pita pinta eggs that were shipped from sundbird farms. 12 of them have hatched between yesterday and today!
I have two more that are pipped with one showing some progress. The old incubator still works great!

What is the earliest y'all start collecting eggs for Chicken hatch? I only have 2 Maran hens and I am trying to maximize the amount of eggs I hatch from them

I personally feel that collecting within 10 days is best before some viability may start to drop off but if you store them well and tilt them a couple of times a day you would be surprised how well they can still hatch even when older. I even hatched some refrigerator eggs that were a month old! For the healthiest hatch, I do like to stay within 10 days if possible.

I'd say the same as CluckNDoodle, 10 days at the most. You can go older if you really want to have a few more eggs in the incubator, but you get the best results if you set within 10 days of them being laid.
