16 week old chicks- hen or cockerel?

Spurs don’t mean roosters. (Even crowing doesn’t, so I’ve read! But generally only a hen will crow if there’s no rooster. I’ve never personally experienced a crowing hen though we’ve had hens for years without a rooster.)
But back on track, my three year old egg laying hen Jasmine has spurs. I think all chickens have the bump. The ones I checked of my hens do anyway. Here’s Jasmine:

Spurs don't mean roosters, but hens usually only get them when they are older and often if there is no rooster.
Jasmine (she's really pretty by the way) is 3 years, like ours who developed spurs at 2 years.
It would I think be very unusual for a hen to develop spurs and so young an age and in the company of other roosters... you never know though!
Frenchy also has male feathering, he's a lovely-looking bird too.

Thank you, yes I'm certain they are all boys.
Rosie has not stopped crowing, the kids were loving it this morning before school, hes quite out of tune compared to the old rooster we had.
Rocky and Frenchy seem happy to leave him to it so far, they all still cuddle up and hate losing each other, we've had them from babies so I'm hoping that will help.
