19 weeks still no eggs....

I also have a hen thats about 40 weeks old, but shes never laid an egg. Her sisters have been laying for about a month.

Neither of my 29 week old RIR's have done anything that resembles getting ready to lay. My wife just sent me this....

My hens are 30 weeks and STILL not laying...around 24 weeks we found 5 hens that were currently laying that their owner was giving them away due to a move, we snatched them up and brought them home...hoping this would encourage the younger girls to start laying...still nothing. ITS DRIVING ME NUTS!

We have a heat lamp in their coop, nice and bright and warm, they eat great, drink great, have grit, EVERYTHING THEY COULD WANT.....

Desperate for eggs (more than the 4 to 5 I get a day from my oldie hens)
