1st time raising chickens

we live in a small village in michigan and decided to raise hens for the first time this year.
we have 1 buff orpington , 1 barred rock, and 1 leghorn.
they are about 3 1/2 weeks old . the weather here is just starting to get a little nicer.( highs in the midto upper 60's ) when can we put our girls out into the hen house and outside run ?

At 5 1/2 weeks. That is pretty much my standard target. I too live in the northern mitten.
