2 1/2 week chick hurt by puppy

I have a 2 1/2 week old silkie chick that got snatched up by a puppy in a split second before I could grab the puppy. I got the chick quickly,but it is trying to walk with it leg stuck out. It's wing is stuck out some also. I felt of its leg and it doesn't feel broken. It lays down on it's side and is not walking on the leg. It also looks a little puffy on that side. I wonder what I should do. This was my favorite chick

I have removed it from the other chicks. It is laying there with leaning on one side. HELP!
