I would assume her legs would be hot given she is sitting on them all day, makes it hard for us to know whether she has inflammation her legs. Weak legs is a common sign of a B3 deficiency, I would start her on Cattle Injectable B complex, Durvet Brand, and start putting 1/2ml of the complex over her favorite treat, after a week you can up the dose to 1ml.

I think she may have some other problems too, but starting her on the Complex will not hurt any, this is the brand you want, TSC and Amazon sells it.
