2 month old muscovy has something wrong with its wing

I have a 2 month old muscovy drake that had a blood feather break and bled for a bit. The bleeding stopped but the bottom part of hes wing wont lay flat against hes body he keeps shaking it also. It does look like somethings not right. I dont know how the feather break. I think the 2 hens that are in there were eating hes feathers cause they started on another drake the other day. The wing wont lay flat against hes body and im not sure why? Any suggestions on what i can do to fix this?

I can see a lot of dried-up brownish stuff; it's probably blood, droppings, or food. He may have had an injury from a peck, causing a little bleeding, then the others began picking at the wound and feathers. Wash off all the blood and apply some redkote to the wound if there is one. Good luck!

He needs to be separated from them till his flight feathers come in. Possibly your Older Ducks are lacking protein?

I feed them dumor chick feed 24% protein.. but they were filling up on cat chow when my kiddos forgot to pick up before letting them out to feed them. I plan on serparating him as we speak its been so cold they are still inside driving me crazy with the poop.. he is very dirty i try and throw them in the tub every few days. Hes wing is starting to flip outward which i was hoping it wouldn't do!

Looks like the beginning of angel wing you can wrap and fix that since he is growing in his flight feathers.

Look in the duck stickies at start of duck forum there is info on wrapping for angel wing. Or go to the search and type in angel wing that will take you to info also.

Another reason it's sticking out could be that it's broken. The cartilage is soft in young Ducks. Wrapping it definitely will correct that.

Can another duck break the wing from pulling it? Or pecking at the wing? I caught the 2 females doing the most pecking! I extended the wing and it doesnt seem broken. They havent been anywhere but my bathroom and locked in their playpen at night. No older ducks around or anything just the 5 muscovys that hatched together. I was shocked when i woke up to blood and the wing not laying right. I first thought blood feather but when i looked i cant find the broken feather! I wrapped the wing haven't taken the wrap off yet plan on the today.
