2 week old suddenly died???? what happend

i have 5 two week old broad breated white turkeys and i went out the other day and one was dead??? they had plenty of freash food and water a heat lamp the works!! what happened it had no signs that enything was wrong!!! if enyone could help and explane to me how this happend and if it could happen to the others like a dieseas that would be greatlty appreseated
