I purchased/hatched a bunch of chicks in October. One injured its leg pretty severely, so I pulled her out of the group to see if she would heal. I got her a buddy so she wouldnt be lonely. They have been apart from the rest for about a month, and it looks like the injured one is going to be fine. Not 100 percent healed, but walking around with a slight limp. I put them back with their group today, and they all started beating up on them. I guess they were apart too long. Anyway, they are now for sale, $15 for the pair. They are about 10 weeks old, one is an ISA Brown from Townline Hatchery, and one is a Delaware from cpartist. Two of the nicest laying breeds there is. Located north of Ocala.
Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.
