I don't imagine that he'll suddenly develop a good rapport with her after this episode, either.
probably not. they tend not to forget stuff like this. my brother’s dog attacked one of my other chickens over two weeks ago and the whole flock tries chasing her off now. she didn’t hurt the chicken, he was able to get away before she could really clamp down. i still don’t know why she attacked anyways, it was...unprovoked and i was even down there with her.

what do you use for deep bedding? my dad suggested propping him up with towels but i feel like he’d just kick away from them and end up on his side all over again.
The same pine shavings that I use in the coop. You can try some towels and see if you can help him find a comfortable sleeping position... If he acts like they are making him uncomfortable I’d let him lay how he wants. What happens when you shine a small flashlight in each eye? Do they each constrict in the same way? It would be good to know if it’s brain, neck or something else that’s injured. I think you might benefit from looking through tube feeding info. It sounds like he may be getting dehydrated if he’s eliminating watery stuff and not drinking.

i honestly have no idea and she really doesn’t either. she didn’t think she hit him that hard, but he’s been out of it since Saturday. we think she gave him a concussion, so at least hard enough to do that.
Oh my thats not good. Ok so when he recovers she needs to go up to him everyday and hold him down for 1min hold him on top of his wings and push his chest to the ground and hold him like that not letting him get up till she allows him to it is a way to show him she is boss even if he doesn't come at her she needs to do it everyday everytime she goes by him for a week he will never do it again

no, he keeps it tucked close to his body, though. that’s why i think he has a concussion and not a broken neck, because he’s able to move it and has control of it.
Well I've got no new advice then. I sure hope it's something he can heal from. Chickens are tough little things. Sounds like you're doing the best you can.
