20 weeks and no eggs???

I have 3 SLW and 8 BA's that are not laying.I have been giving them layer feed and offering them oyster shells I also free range them in the evening for a few hours( they are my babies so I stay outside with them to babysit and watch for predators).I have 4 nesting boxes in the coop. They are squatting and their comb's and waddles are about as reds as the roos.I am tring to be patient but am woundering if there is something else I need to be doing as well.

I'm afraid all you can do now is wait. They will start laying as soon as they are ready. Hope you don't have to wait too much longer
