So have you snuck and made any blocks yet, or did the purring of the machine wake them up.

Go ahead and send them to me, I already have 3 daughters, 2 more won't hurt.

Skand....that sounds like something I would do.

It don't bother me a bit to holler out in a store if the CS is not doing their job. I will let you know, I am not loud and obnoctious but I do get the point across when I need to.

Oh, thank you for that FrChuckW I might try that. I am so tempted to go back there and start slicing some material on my own. I should have a face like Miss_Jayne with a sharp knife in my hand and a maniacal grin...maybe I will get some service!!

Nothing like customer disservice. And I think it's getting popular lately...

I find the customer service in large chain stores is really bad. When we went to a quilt store it was SO nice, the lady was very helpful... I had my hubby and son looking for chicken fabric (keep em busy I say) but when I had finished picking out my stuff - I asked the lady at the counter - and she knew EXACLTY where it was - it was funny to see the look on hubby's face after he'd spent 30 minutes looking up and down all the bolts of fabric..

Tee hee!

I was serious about calling them, though, The store number is on the receipt. Not only is the store manager notified of a customer complaint, but also the District Manager. As it affects their bonuses as upper management it will hit them in their pocket book.

I used to be an Asst. Mgr. for Wally World., and the one thing a store manager hated to get was the email letter from the president.

And the little boy will lap it up - he's a sweatheart really, he's a good kid! Very loving, and always helps the new kids in school (they all end up at my house!)
