You could make it so that members can personalize their profiles and member pages more uniquely. This way every one can show off their farms and poultry to other BYC members. Wouldn't this be awesome?!

there are a few things...

A more user friendly search feature... I have tried to use the existing one many many times and NEVER have come away with an answer I always just re ask the question

a better way to delete photos.. currently we have to delete one at a time.. can we say time consuming!... click click click.. press delete ONCE and be done with it already!

an ignore feature... or hide feature... for when the certain topics rub you the wrong way or for people too!

Auto save on PM's is possible, but we haven't added it because peep's would hit their PM limits about twice as fast. If most people are okay with that, then we may be willing to change it.

More Contests to win GFM's and maybe some other ways to get GFMs. Im not saying that we should hand them out, but here are lots of kids on BYC who have no way to pay.

We'd love to do contests all the time (we have about 5 going right now) but it really takes a lot of time and effort to organize, setup, and manage them.

If we have smart and SUPER RESPONSIBLE volunteers that can come up with and manage contests that will benefit BYC and the community (like all the many contests we've had in the past) we'd gladly have tons of contests going all the time!

Examples:

BYC Page Creation Contests (coops, incubators, brooders, waterers, etc.)
Breed Page Contests
Trivia contests
Fun contests like the coloring book, guess # of members, etc.

So, if you have an idea for a contest that will help the BYC grow, shoot me a PM with the idea, why it would be a good contest for the community, and assurance that you can see it through.

Have you thought about using a point system? like for every post you make you could get X amounts of points, then you would be able to trade (or redeem) those points for say 1 month of 10 gig of pic space, or some thing along that lines?
