Is this your current incubator setup?

The cooler is "okay" for a starter, but the foam is hard to keep clean. Molded plastic incubators are easier to clean.

If you replace your current forced air fan and light fixtures with an Incukit, http://incubatorwarehouse.com/48-watt-incukit-dc.html, it will be much more reliable and easier to use. Add a good, calibrated thermometer/hygrometer and you'll be in good shape.
