I wish I had eggs to set for Halloween hatching, my 8 eggs hatch on the 25th!!

I'm setting my eggs tomorrow. Want to be able to visit with family that shows up on Halloween, and not have to worry about chicks hatching. Got my eggs from my friend today..so ...NOT SHIPPED!

So I am going to draw on three of my eggs just a smidge with sharpie just to give them a tad personality and name them...... I found this...

I think I will hatch "Spider Chic" "GhostSpider" & "DracuEgg" my kids gave this alot of thought, now I have to figure out how to simply sharpie each egg and hatch it!
No problem! I think I will do the eggs in the bator already, Hubs wont even notice right? muwahhahhahaaaa a ghost musta done it! seriously how fun will this be! routin for these eggs, if I kill them he will have my head, but in the end I guess its fitting...

GREAT! Now I HAVE to hatch a few for me to keep, so I can name them with Halloween names !!!

As a couple of you have said, yes..gross! Maybe they look better cooked.
Someone make these. Not me! We don't eat much meat between the two of us here.
Does that look like an onion piece at the top, for the bone? And, celery for

Lol, I'm trying to plan when to set mine. Every year for the past three years I've tried to hatch on Halloween, and every year they were a day early or a day late. So I think this year I will be setting some on the 9th, 10th, and 11th - gonna cover my bases! I want a Halloween chick darn it!

Ha, that works, just watch, I'm .. wanting..to hatch early..and they will hatch on Halloween. Nah, I have the incubator warming up now..going to go ahead and set these tonight since they weren't shipped. 12 hrs. should do.
So, if you get that Halloween chick or two, I take it you have the perfect names picked out for them.

I was just thinking if I should set the serama on the 10th just because the last one hatched after 22-23 days
