Let me see if I can get some updated pictures of them tomorrow. As far as I know they can't be purple. According to the person I got the eggs from they are from an opal peacock over one opal and two IB peahens.

The one in your picture looks just like Opie did at that age. I'd say Opal on that one at least.

Yeah, well, purple is a sex-linked gene, so you opal male could be carrying it. Lord knows I got the same sort of surprise this year when my all-blue pen started tossing cameos at me:



But, you're probably correct in that that one, at least, is opal.
