2017 Gosling Hatch a long!!

In other news, I still think I have 3 good eggs which is pretty awesome. I think I need to go into lock down in 2 days, so I'll candle 1 or 2 more times. Today is day 23 as near as I can tell. Unfortunately my phone died and is getting repaired. That's where I set alarms and info when I first got the eggs. The dates on the eggs range from 5-5 to 5-8. I think I set on the 9th.

I did see great movement in 2 of the eggs last night, but didn't in the third. I still think it's a good one though

Oh that's SUCH a pain about your phone :barnie
Yay for lockdown! Will you wait for an external pip before you raise humidity or just do it on day 25?
I read about looking for the air cell to drop down and internal pipping and stuff and I'm now slightly scared of lockdown! With chickens it's so much more straightforward.
Keep us posted on how it goes though! I'm day 20 today so we're slowly approaching hatch day...! Eeekk!
:clap

Lockdown at 25 days is too early for geese. Day 28 is better.
Thanks for the advice Iain. My geese are Embdens too so I'm guessing it'll be more like 30-32 days hatching rather than the 28? Would you advise waiting for an external pip? Does it donany damage once theyve externally pipped to start opening incubators and adding water tho? This is my first time and I'm keen to get it right.
Any advice is very appreciated as my nerves are building!
