10 emu eggs in. My furthest eggs are on day 30. Tried the float test today. Still not seeing movement. I have lost near perfect weight on all 10 eggs. My temperature is 97.5 but near the bottom goes as low as 90 degrees. I am so frustrated with my incubator. I was a but confussed with how much water to add on the float test. In deep water one egg sank. However, it bobbed 15% sticking up in shallow water. Hatch alongside are fun. Think Emu eggs have made me crazy.

Day 30 is too young to be expecting movement. The earliest I have ever had an egg move was day 32, and that's because it was a small one. Day 35 at the earliest is more the usual. I also wouldn't do the float test. I just don't like it in general because it's not reliable, even with small eggs like chicken eggs.

Sorry about your incubator temperatures. Have you tried the tests that you CAN use on day 30, the tilt test and the heat test?
