2019 Spring Ducklings are here!

I do not know how runners reproduce . Bandit is mostly the same way. He will mate from time to time but not as often as our KC. Give Buffydrake a little time. You will have fertile eggs by the end of summer.
They reproduce the same way as all other mallards: Duck below drake, drake grabbing ducks neck and …
The thing is that Limpy doesn't understand what the girls want from him…

Maybe you should have named him 'hunky' instead of 'limpy'... I'm not so into forced dates where people setting up the date call him 'that loser'. :p

And just say the magic word and I illegally ship you some fertile runner ducks eggs like we are doing cocaine...wink wink. (and no; this will not involve me swallowing 40 whole eggs and travel to the U.S.A. and poop them out).

I did not mean it literally! - Limpy simply doesn't understand the concept of mating, when Nona flattens out for him and tries to seduce him, he runs around her rasping concerned as if he is afraid that she is sick. And the little Buff Orpington drake is way too young…
So apparently when the Buff drake gets older he'll be in hog heaven and you'll have lots of fertile eggs!
