Yes, I normally eat from 1 to 3 per day. When they are consistent with 4 per day I will set 10 out to see if any of mine will go broody. I would like to have a successful hatching without having to buy a incubator. I would try three times before giving up.

And one of the ducks will be a good mother-duck, she is taking care of all eggs!

I hope that at least one will be a good mother. My combination of drake/hen colors are sexlinked so we would know who is what by their markings

Just wait until one of the ducks goes broody. And then mark the eggs in the nest so that you can remove any additional eggs that will magically show up under the broody.
