"Bandit" at 1 week old. Think "shes?" a brown leghorn and i was hoping she was a girl from her prominent eyeliner, but then at 4 weeks she has the biggest comb!
Then we have "Bee" and "Pea" who seem to be developing combs at different rates, but also the combs just look kinda different. Pea's is more jagged and apparent but Peas is just glued to her head with no sort of definition. They are 4 weeks old. Also they are silver laced sebrights, according to my research
Now we have "Ping" who I think is a girl? hopefully? Ping is a gold laced sebright, also 4 weeks old. Also anyone have experience with sebrights? I didnt realize when I got them that they apparently barely lay!
Now we have Milly, who i love so much and hope is not a rooster! Milly's comb isnt that jagged but its definitely there! Also 4 weeks old and gold laced sebright.
Now for my tiny chicken thats barely grown, "Scratch". Also 4 weeks old but looks 2 weeks old! no comb. Eats and drinks just like the rest of them and doesnt seem to be picked on!
a pic of "Scratch" next to "Milly" who were the same size when I got them at 1 day old! I love Scratch so much, anyone ever had this happen and everything turned out fine? Im so worried about it
Now just "Pebbles" who i was told was a plymoth rock but barely had any spotted feathers, mostly just one white wing feather and the rest black. REALLY hoping shes a plymoth rock! She was sexed upon adoption. I think shes a few days older than the rest, and also just not a bantam so shes much larger.
And last but not least (sorta), "Brahma" who i dont really have questions about because she was sexed upon adoption and is a Buff Brahma. Shes the meanest though! LOL! Always going after my hand. Anyone know if they are good layers?
