When do I open the coup for broody hens to go to flock with babies . 3 hens& 8 chicks

I would say in a couple weeks when the mom leaves the babies. That way they can be more independent.

Oh man, I would wait until mom weans them. Putting multiple broodies ith their new babies together is a path to disaster.
