    Well, it's official: Alice, Flo, and Vera are all three laying eggs now, woo hoo! It's the first day we found three eggs so we know for certain. In fact, my other half found one of them in the coop this morning just as she'd finished laying. We're so excited!!! From the very first eggs we found, all have had super thick shells and membranes on them. We have been getting eggs now for the past 1 week!

    Yay! I cannot wait for mine to start laying. My oldest batch is 16 weeks and I'm on pins and needles!! :p

    Congratulation on you first eggs! My girls have been laying for a year now, and I am still in awe every time I collect eggs.

    I imagine I will be too, in a year from how, hehe! It is truly EGG-citing.

    Today had a funny; one of them dropped hers off out in the yard today, for the first time.. I think her favorite nest was occupied at the time. LOL.
