Could you post a picture of the supplement packaging? Is it made for poultry?
No problem, I hope so as well!
Here's the supplement, people in the feed store recommended this one. The staff also told me it's pretty good.

Ok, thanks. I think it looks pretty good. I would continue to give her vitamin water in addition to plain water, and maybe some chopped scrambled eggs. I once had a chick with the same issue. I believe it was neurological. I unfortunately had to give her away as I didn’t have enough time to care for her, but supportive care and vitamins did seem to help. I’m going to do some research.

I'll give her some scrambled eggs right away. Thank you so much for the advice.

The vitamins and electrolytes you have are fine to give for a couple of days. I would follow the package instructions.
You can make her a wet mash out of the chick starter to see if it's easier for her to eat.
Don't mix grit in with the feed.

Does she seem too hot? At 3 wks that's pretty warm - is she able to move out of the heat by herself? You mention she's smaller - do you feel like she's been growing the since you got her?
Vent is swollen? Photos?

Hard to know what's wrong with her legs. I don't think they are splayed either. You can try placing her in a chick chair to see if that makes her more comfortable.

I'll remove the grit. Made a quick chick chair for her. Here's her vent and her chair in progress with her in it. I raised the light and the temperature is now 80° I can raise it again is that helps. Before I raised it she wasn't panting her breathing seemed fine. I regularly checked to make sure she was calm. She has gotten a little bigger. But she's not as big as her other friends though. She looks calmer in the chair after 30 minutes. I should mention that she had no problems walking before Thursday.

Isn't she cute!
80F is probably fine, but monitor her to see if she's panting again. Since she's not able to move away from the heat at all, you may need to move her around a little - let her cool a bit, then place her back. Chicks can overheat pretty quick.

That vent is irritated for sure. Does she seem to struggle pooping?
I would provide her with a wet mash of feed and make sure she's drinking well. She may benefit from having a bit of coconut oil in her feed too. For the vent I would apply a little anti-inflammatory cream if you have that to help reduce swelling.

Thank you she's me sweet little Coco. Yes, I'll move her around from shade to heat as needed! When she poops she starts to chirp and then wiggles her body before doing so. Before she's never done that. I've been able to clean her messes thanks to the chirping. This morning she started to chirp a lot like one I've never heard before. I'm worried her leg might be hurt.

Chirping a lot is telling you she's not happy. Figuring out why she's not happy can be more difficult.
Hungry/thirsty, too hot/cold, missing her buddies, needing to poop....could be she's figured out chirping a lot makes you appear too (they can pick up on that quickly LOL)

She may need a break periodically from the chair too.
