Chirping a lot is telling you she's not happy. Figuring out why she's not happy can be more difficult.
Hungry/thirsty, too hot/cold, missing her buddies, needing to poop....could be she's figured out chirping a lot makes you appear too (they can pick up on that quickly LOL)

She may need a break periodically from the chair too.
Right now she doesn't want food. Her crop is pretty big so I wonder if she's just not hungry now. She did drink water and electrolyte drink. She was in her brooder most of the night. No chirping until I picked her up and put her in her chair. I put her back into her broader and the chirping continued. I lowered her light and it's now 82° her chirping slowed after doing this. She's still doing it but not as high pitched or loud. When I just hold her in my palm she doesn't cry. I'll let her spend time with her friends a little later when I'm able to supervise them. The other chicks are making the same sound as her so I think this is something affecting all of them. They're in the same room but separate brooders.

May be calling to one another.

I would monitor her crop and make sure it's emptying.
She may be developing a crop problem too, hard to know. With the sudden leg issues, she may have a developmental issue or is failing to thrive.
When you get a chance get some photos of her poop. Hydration is important.

Her crop did get smaller. She spent some time with her friends and is chirping less. She drank some more water and supplements. Here is a pic of her dropping. These were in her chair. Sorry, these are a little old I completely cleaned out her brood before seeing this post. Her regular poops look like this just a little less dull.
