3 week old chick is no where to be found. What do I do???

I went down to check on my two Ancona chicks that I have in the basement, to find that both had jumped the brooder. I found one chriping on teh basement floor, but the oter is nowhere to be found. No chirping no anything. What should I do, I have searched in the small room but have found NOTHING.

I would put out a little food and water out in the middle. Then check every few minutes to see if she is around.
