34 Orp Eggs in the 'Bator - 16 Orpingtons!! Woot!!

I candled these tonight because I couldnot stand it another minute!

18 eggs from KorfusKlukers - 14 showing veins, 2 I can't tell, 2 clear

16 eggs from Jody - 11 showing veins, 3 I can't tell, 2 clear

Miss P my first ever hatch is due on May 8th at least I think they are I put them in on April 17 @ 6:30pm I have 20 mixed from Julie in MI and 24 mixed from a local lady. That reminds me I PM'd jim about blue orp's I better check and see if he anwsered. Good luck Miss P and I am still waiting for GQF to send ya that free bator LOL

Yes, they are porous. It is the same with the ones from Jody. I'll have to wait several more days before I can tell. But goodness I was surpried (almost shocked) that so many of the eggs from the west coast made it and are growing! Woot!!

It is day 18. I just took the eggs out of the turner and did the final candling.

On the left 12 blue/black/splash orpington eggs from Christina/korfusklukers. All chicks moving inside at cadling.

On the right 8 buff orpingtons from Jody. All chicks moving inside at candling.

Game is on.
