Jumped the gun a little and ordered some eggs a few days early. My first ones arrived today, and I don't want to wait to set them until the 11.

oh well, as least none were broken and I am expecting more later this week.

Sorry I was out, I got sick and dropped off the face of the world.

HOw is everyone doing? Are we gearing up? My birds in the breeding pen are not laying. DOH! I may have to put a light out there and try again on Jan 1st.

My LF Black Langshan trio that I got this weekend just had a pullet lay her first egg today. My bantam Black Langhan have been laying about every other day. I'm hoping some are fertile. The GL Polish didn't like moving from a breeding cage to a breeding pen and hasn't laid in a couple days. I do have some of her eggs in the incubator though.

Don't get too excited, but there are 5 incubators with ~200 eggs space in there. Not counting stacked eggs. The Sherrif is gonna send me whatever she sends me, and I can always wait to hatch Laree Alohas in the next round.
