I have 2 chicken chicks (silky and Naked neck) and one quail chick with tumors. Is this marek? They don’t have any neurologic symptoms. Eating and growing normally. Doesn’t seem to be painful. Clearly contagious bc 3 have it. Should I cull them?

That's not Marek's.. which takes at least 3 weeks after exposure before ANY symptoms can be seen.

I agree with the first two assessments (full crop, feather picking) and am unsure of the the 3rd due to placement and inability to truly make anything out visually.

The NN is obvious.. but the other one is not a Silkie in post #9 from what I can see with the wrong comb and no crest.. I can't make out toe count but they're not feathered so maybe the legs aren't either? Looks to posibly just be slow feathering??

Have you experienced something contagious that makes you on edge worried or otherwise want or need to be so quick to cull?
