4 - Day Old Sick Chick

Hi everyone,
My chicks hatched on Sunday and they’ve been well.

This morning I noticed a little one acting non-active, not chirping, and sleeping standing up. Once I grabbed him I noticed he has a pasty green butt.

What can i do to get him back to health?
