4 days old and 4 weeks old - same size

The chick on the left is a 4 day old BO. The one on the right is a BO banty cross at 30 days old. Do you think the white one will ever grow up? I had to put her in with the 4 day olds cause she was getting trampled and I think her eyes got scratched. She has them closed but does open them and she is eating and drinking just fine. Thanks for your input.

what is the cross on the little 30 day old chick? Some bantam breeds stay pretty durn small. I've got a Mille Fleur D'Uccle that isn't any taller than a pigeon (though she is very wide).
