4 months buff orpington rooster to give away

I have 4 months rooster, buff orpington start crowing today so i have to get rid of him as our town doesn't allow that. I am living in South Bergen County , New Jersey. Please reply to this thread if you are interested.
Also I need others advise of how to get rid of it, Still looks small to be eaten..
