We've got an hour 10 to go here, I wont even check what my girls gave me today until we about 15 minutes out

Looks like I'm not going to be participating after all, I couldn't manage to get my hands on any egg locally and with Christmas present to buy we didn't have an extra $20 to get shipped eggs after I already got a batch a month earlier. I'm definitely going to participate in the Easter Hatch A Long, even if I have to save up change to buy some eggs.

the others through LOVE me. in the morning when i let them out, they will trip me until i fluff their tails, then they still follow me, but at least the are behind me. huh, i dont know when i started that little tradition but i guess it stuck.

LOL! I feel for you! I hope they sort them quickly and you get your eggs! Even if they're set a little bit late, they might still be eager eggs and hatch early and give you the first NYD chick!

What did your tracking say? Mine weren't scanned around here, but maybe they don't scan until after sorting?

just checked my tracking...says they're still in Little Rock. But the clerk said she saw a package for me....was she just messin with my head? Well I'll know later today, and they are still eligible for first chick of the new year, yay!

I just sent 2 emails to 2 different ads on craigslist in the hopes of some extra last minute eggs. Both listed fresh farm eggs, hopefully they're fertile and I'll be able to pick them up today. My shipped eggs will be set in 48 minutes (noon). If my luck holds out and I find more, the extra eggs have to be set a bit later.

I havent ordered eggs yet but so far my post office has been pretty good about calling me if anything comes in marked live etc... I would have been livid if they blew me off like that.
